  1. The relevant vehicle data is captured through a small telematics box (Onboard Unit) installed in the truck, which provides important FMS data and information from the digital tachograph. Additionally, the telematics box can process GPS data to determine the precise position of the vehicle. It acts as a small computer that captures and processes the vehicle data, which is outputted in the form of ones and zeros.

  2. Inside the telematics box is a SIM card. With the help of the SIM card, the captured data from the vehicle can be sent directly to your computer and telematics software via the worldwide mobile network.

  3. To present the data from the vehicle in a useful format for you, there is telematics software such as BlueLOGICO®. This is a program installed on your PC or tablet. The program receives the vehicle data over the internet and presents it in an organized manner, allowing you to have all the important information at a glance and make economically sound decisions.

  4. Furthermore, a mobile unit in the form of a tablet can be installed in the vehicle. The telematics software optimized for the driver is installed on this tablet. This allows the driver to perform many functions through this mobile unit and communicate easily and cost-effectively with the dispatcher.
